Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Workday Financials Consultant/Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting ongoing operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Workday Financials. This contract role requires a versatile expert who can operate independently across multiple financial domains and partner directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, long-term solutions. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains
• Act as a flexible resource across priority areas based on business demand
• Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
• Contribute to enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements
• Integrate quickly into a lean, high-performing team and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday
• Experience supporting both production support and project-based work
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities
• Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains
• Deep experience in Financial Accounting
• Experience with Expenses
• Experience with Business Assets
• Experience with Banking and Settlement
• Enterprise experience strongly preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Workday Accounting Center
• Experience with Prism
• Familiarity with Workday integrations
• Familiarity with reporting in Workday
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks
• Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership
• VNDLY experience is a plus
