The Family Petition Intake Specialist is responsible for assisting prospective clients seeking immigration benefits through family-based petitions. This role focuses on gathering accurate information, identifying potential eligibility for Form I-130 petitions, educating clients on the process, and guiding qualified prospects toward legal consultation and representation.
The position serves as a critical bridge between client acquisition and legal services, ensuring a positive client experience while supporting the firm's growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial intake and discovery calls with prospective clients.
Gather and verify family relationship information.
Identify potential eligibility for family-based immigration petitions.
Explain the general immigration process and required documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients regarding consultations and retainers.
Assist in collecting supporting documentation.
