Workday Reporting Specialist

The Workday Reporting Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality, scalable, and insightful reporting solutions across the Workday HCM platform. This role acts as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, People Analytics, and business leaders, ensuring that workforce data is translated into clear, consumable, and fit‑for‑purpose insights that support effective decision‑making.

With strong technical expertise in Workday Report Writer and a strong understanding of HR data, the role designs and optimises reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and other configuration components. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with excellent stakeholder management skill, the ability to interpret requirements and deliver meaningful analysis across the organisation.
