- Customer Retention: Expertly manage and overcome objections related to subscription cancellations and suspension requests. Your goal is to understand customer concerns, address them proactively, and implement retention strategies that reduce churn and build long-term loyalty.
- Technical Support: Work with leading technologies and systems to document customer interactions, update records, and ensure seamless service delivery. You'll become proficient in using our state-of-the-art CRM and communication platforms.

- Internet access speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)

- In-house network capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer. You'll need to download and maintain our company communication app, which will be essential for staying connected with your team and receiving updates.
