About This Role

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from your home office, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our client brands. You'll interact with customers through incoming and outgoing calls, as well as digital channels, providing world-class support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
