We are looking for a Wellness Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, market-leading wellness programmes for high-profile clients. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll manage key relationships, oversee programme delivery, and use data-driven insights to shape innovative wellbeing strategies that truly make a difference.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll collaborate across teams, lead stakeholder engagement, and contribute to commercial growth through client retention and new opportunities. From coordinating events and campaigns to analysing trends and driving continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of supporting seamless, engaging wellbeing experiences.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with account management experience, event coordination, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for wellbeing.
