Role Description
We are hiring a Web3 Liquidity & Execution Associate for a full-time remote position based in the USA. This role focuses on liquidity monitoring, execution support, and market analysis across Web3, digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and DeFi markets.
This is a full-time, paid role focused on tracking market developments, reviewing liquidity conditions, and contributing to structured analysis across token markets, trading activity, and digital asset trends. The role involves working with market data, monitoring sector shifts, and supporting internal reporting related to execution quality, liquidity insights, and market opportunities.
The ideal candidate actively follows crypto markets, understands Web3 ecosystems, and is interested in how token activity, liquidity flows, exchange dynamics, protocol developments, and market sentiment shape execution and liquidity opportunities across the digital asset space.
Responsibilities
• Analyze liquidity conditions across digital assets, blockchain ecosystems, and broader Web3 markets
• Track developments across DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and crypto sectors
• Monitor market activity, liquidity conditions, order flow, volatility, and execution-relevant trends
• Support internal reporting and structured analysis across liquidity monitoring and execution initiatives
• Track developments across blockchain networks, digital assets, and Web3 investment markets
• Assist in organizing data related to market movement, liquidity shifts, execution activity, and research findings
• Collaborate with team members on liquidity analysis, execution support, and market insight initiatives
Qualifications
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
• Good understanding of digital assets, liquidity concepts, trading activity, and decentralized platforms
• Experience with market analysis, execution support, trading research, or crypto-related work is strongly preferred
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation
Salary range: USD 105,000 - USD 115,000 per year depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses may also be available.
