In a personal injury firm, a missed call is a missed case. A slow follow-up on a web inquiry is a signed client for a competitor. Most firms know this and still let it happen because nobody owns the front-end intake operation. You're the first voice and first response for every new inquiry — phone, web form, or referral. Your job is to make sure no lead goes cold and every potential client feels like they reached the right place. Day to day you'll handle: • Answering inbound calls, taking messages, and routing urgent matters to the right attorney or paralegal • Following up on web form submissions and missed calls within a defined response window • Conducting initial intake conversations — gathering basic case information and qualifying the inquiry • Scheduling consultations and managing the attorney calendar for new client appointments • Maintaining accurate intake records in the CRM and flagging high-priority leads immediately You don't need a legal background but you need to sound professional, composed, and empathetic on every call — including the ones from people who are upset or frightened. Fluent English is required. Responsiveness is the core of what you're being hired for.
