Job Overview:
We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about understanding user behavior, conducting in-depth research, and designing intuitive experiences that drive conversions. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our corporate website for lead generation by applying user-centered design principles and data-driven insights. If you thrive on solving user pain points, testing and iterating designs, and improving conversion rates through UX, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) to uncover pain points and behavioral patterns.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyze user journeys, refine CTAs, forms, and layouts to improve engagement and increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- A/B & Multivariate Testing Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze test results to optimize conversion metrics.
- UX & UI Enhancements Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that align with research insights and business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align UX strategies with broader company objectives.
- Webflow Implementation Execute design updates and enhancements directly in Webflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design with a strong focus on user research and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Webflow experience is a plus.
