The UI/UX Designer plays a key role in leading the design phase of our product development. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, this role translates product requirements into high-fidelity user interfaces and engaging user experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the design phase by translating functional requirements and product strategies into high-fidelity UI/UX designs.
- Build screens, interactive prototypes, and design assets using Figma.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure designs align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to support smooth and accurate design handoffs.
- Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and visually engaging web interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on product needs and user goals.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or Product Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including organizing and documenting design files for developer handoff.
- Portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work proactively in a fully remote environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
