Boldt is hiring a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead $50M+ power-generation construction projects across the U.S. with full accountability for outcomes—delivering safe execution, schedule certainty, quality, and predictable financial performance from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout. The anticipated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with direct ownership of self-perform work in a union environment (labor planning, means-and-methods, equipment management, productivity, and field problem-solving) while driving project controls and delivery. This role is also responsible for budget forecasting and earned value management; critical path scheduling; engineering and stakeholder interfaces; code and pressure-piping compliance; subcontractor and supplier performance; and building a high-performing team that makes and meets commitments.
