Transaction Coordinator (Wholesale / Double Close) – High Volume

About the position We are hiring a high-output Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate deals from contract to closing, with a focus on wholesale and double-close transactions. This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity for someone with 2+ years of real estate, transaction coordination, or escrow/title experience. This is not a typical TC role. Our deals move fast, often involve back-to-back closings, and require someone who can own the process, stay ahead of issues, and execute at a high level across a large volume of files. High performers have unlimited commission potential. The more deals you successfully close = the more money you make. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end transactions from contract through closing • Coordinate double-close and wholesale deals (A-B / B-C transactions) • Track deadlines, documents, and deal status across multiple files in multiple states • Communicate daily with agents, title companies, buyers, and sellers • Help ensure all deals are clean, funded, and closed on time • Assist with wires and funding coordination (entering and verifying details) • Support light accounting and administrative tasks as needed Requirements • 2+ years of real estate, transaction coordination, or escrow/title experience • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions without dropping details • Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communicator who can push deals forward and solve problems Nice-to-haves • Real estate licensure is preferred, but not required • Wholesale or double-close experience is preferred Benefits • medical, dental, and vision health insurance • Unlimited bonus per file closed
