Beyond writing, the strategist designs scalable systems and creative formats (interactive guides, in-app help, AI-powered content, etc.) to continuously elevate the product experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design an intelligent documentation ecosystem using modular, reusable content blocks that can feed into web, app, chatbot, and marketing channels automatically.
- Create interactive documentation experiences (e.g., clickable process maps, embedded demos, or simulation-based learning).
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure microcopy and UX text drive user behavior, not just explain features.
- Integrate AI-assisted authoring tools
- Develop a content intelligence dashboard that measures how documentation impacts onboarding time, feature adoption, and support volume.
- Create “story frameworks” that explain product vision, workflows, and releases in a human-centered way not just technically.
- Partner with the marketing and training teams to convert technical documentation into client education and enablement materials.
- Build an evolving taxonomy and tagging system that supports content discovery and automation for future AI chat or self-service support.
