Your Mission:

As the Field Sales Territory Manager – Rome, you will be the force on the ground bringing Teya into the hands of local merchants and entrepreneurs. Your role will have a direct impact on the growth of our business and the success of the small businesses we support every day.

You will lead and develop a team of around 5-8 Field Sales Representatives in your own market domain, working closely with the Head of Sales & Partnerships to exceed our ambitious growth targets. We’ve binned the corporate bureaucracy and legacy thinking.
