Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following essential duties:
- Data Collection and Entry: Collect, code, input, and retrieve information using advanced data entry functions. You will transform keying worksheets into organized Excel spreadsheets, preparing data for seamless integration into the arenaflex Key Module Program.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Evaluate and verify notes, reports, and source documents for correctness and accuracy before entering any information into Excel spreadsheets. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all data meets arenaflex's rigorous quality standards.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidential records and files with the utmost discretion. You will ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to all established protocols and best practices for data protection.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Confer with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters. You will represent Lock and Key Services on special projects, serving as a reliable point of contact and contributing your expertise to team initiatives.
- Documentation and Correspondence: Compose routine correspondence and maintain accurate documentation of all data entry activities. Perform related duties as required to support the overall success of the Key Module Project.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: High school graduation or GED equivalent
- Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in an office environment, demonstrating familiarity with professional workplace dynamics and procedures
- Data Entry Proficiency: At least two years of above-average experience in data entry with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy (98% or above accuracy rate preferred)
- Technical Skills: Two years of intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, including proficiency with spreadsheet functions, formulas, and data organization
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and email etiquette, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders
- Transportation Requirement: Current Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License is required
