Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create ideal candidate profiles, and manage daily recruitment activities
Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing their skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture
Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles
Strong capability to evaluate both technical skills and interpersonal/soft skills
Proficient in using recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and leveraging market insights
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams
Results-driven and accountable, consistently meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Flexible, growth-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, committed to delivering a positive candidate experience
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Will be a plus
