Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking a dynamic, experienced Content Lead to spearhead the Customer Experience Training function. In this pivotal role, you will own the end‑to‑end content strategy, curriculum design, and delivery of learning solutions that empower our sales force to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts, product specialists, and cross‑functional partners to ensure that every piece of training material is accurate, engaging, inclusive, and aligned with careerzynith’s strategic objectives.
