Job Summary:

As a Sr Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on all people-related matters while coaching and developing business teams to help them achieve business outcomes. You'll be influential in shaping organizational design and strategy, leading talent management initiatives, and driving a culture of high performance, urgency, and engagement. Your role will cover implementing talent strategy, supporting performance management through coaching and development, global HR project work, and providing subject matter expertise around HR policies and procedures. You’ll work collaboratively with the broader HR teams to help drive the people plan across all functions and regions of the organization.

You will work with and support a global customer base, with a strong focus on Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Prior experience or expertise supporting this market is highly desired as you will serve as the go-to subject matter expert on ANZ employment law and best practices. This role must be located in the Pacific Time Zone to ensure workday overlaps with the ANZ region and be flexible for occasional evening hours.

Pay Range: USD $74,400.00 - USD $96,100.00 /Yr. About Us:
