Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and process correspondence including but not limited to emails, letters, memos, and daily reports.
• Update information in various record keeping systems.
• Participate in projects, duties, and other administrative tasks assigned by management.
• Uphold company policies and client requirements.
• When requested, generate, analyze, maintain, and/or track files, reports, contracts, and/or documents to ensure compliance with TSI policies and procedures and/or performance. Forward results to appropriate parties as required.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and education requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
• Previous clerical experience preferred.
• Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe helpful.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment.
• When requested, 10-key stroke skills required.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to rapidly changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment

Physical requirements:

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
