Job Title: Social Media Strategist 3 Location: Boston, MA Duration: 07 months Pay Range: $(50.00 - 54.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Hybrid: Mon - Thur onsite, Fri remote Job Description: Non-negotiables - Top 3 skills • At least 5 YOE in a higher social media role working for TOP sports brands/ companies • EXPERT in Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube • Loves and understand the brand. Ahead of social media trends. • Previous client experience is not required. • Please submit candidates who can start ASAP as a conditional start will be conducted. Key Responsibilities: • Content Development: Conceptualize and create compelling social-first content for key brand stories across priority social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube) • Platform Management: Manage distribution (scheduling and posting) of all content across global social media channels and maintain daily hygiene of all handles - updating bio copy and links, highlights, playlists, etc. • Community Building & Management: Engage with, listen to, and grow our social communities through monitoring, responding to and engaging directly with our followers. • Social Listening: Keep a pulse on sentiment and trends across social ecosystem, elevatingopportunities to react and participate. • Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve brand TOV across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand positioning. • Relationship Management: Collaborate with all key stakeholders across external partners (agencies) and internal departments including Brand, Creative, and Comms. Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge and understanding of today's most popular social platforms and their place in Gen Z culture. • Internet junkie, tapped into streetwear/fashion news with the ability to identify social media trends across style, sports, art, music, pop culture, etc. • Proven experience in social media management and community management for a brand(s), executing a best-in-class engagement strategy with audiences. • Strong writer with the ability to adapt to a brand TOV, embodying brand persona in all outbound messaging. • A high standard of creative taste with a detail-oriented mindset and excellent written and communication skills. • A highly motivated and collaborative worker, able to drive projects forward independently, deliver within tight timelines and work cross-functionally.
