ServiceNow Platform Engineer

MetLife is one of the world’s leading financial services companies, providing insurance, annuities, and asset management. They are seeking a Junior Engineer for their ServiceNow Platform team to contribute to the development and support of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
• Support the implementation of workflows, forms, and UI policies
• Participate in code reviews and testing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain documentation for development and configuration work
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0 – 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Internship or academic project experience with ServiceNow
• Exposure to Agile development practices
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
