Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking a dynamic, Series 7‑qualified professional to join our hybrid team in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for brokerage‑related client inquiries, blending deep financial knowledge with top‑tier customer service skills. Key Responsibilities
- Client Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of support for brokerage complaints, troubleshooting routine technical questions, and guiding clients through product conversions and new product onboarding.
- Account Management Support: Assist relationship managers and internal partners by providing accurate, timely information on account status, transaction history, and compliance requirements.

Essential Qualifications
