Senior Virtual Executive Assistant — eLearning & Marketing Support

Seeking a Senior Virtual Executive Assistant for a 6‑month remote contract (15–25 hours per week depending on skills match). We provide eLearning and staffing services, supporting clients at many Fortune 100 corporations. This role is ideal for an experienced EA—perhaps from a large tech or professional services company—who enjoys a polished, structured work style but values work‑life balance and collaboration with a small, SME-led team. Note: our team uses Windows, so no Mac users please. Key Responsibilities •Executive support: inbox triage, scheduling (Outlook, Calendly), meeting prep, light follow ups. • Thinkific: update and QA eLearning course content, manage adult learner enrollments, post announcements for professional/business skills programs. • Mailchimp: build and send campaigns (training announcements, learner updates, webinars). • MS Office: create and refine Word documents, client ready PowerPoints, and structured Excel trackers (intermediate or higher skills needed). • Join alignment calls 3x/week (30–60 minutes each) via Zoom, typically between 10 AM and 2 PM Eastern, with webcam on, to review priorities and remove blockers. Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar, ideally in a B2B or large company environment. • Very strong written English; comfortable communicating with senior executives at large companies (no obvious AI text, no casual/sloppy business writing). • Solid, demonstrable skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (portfolio samples, tests, or certification). • Hands-on experience with Thinkific (or similar LMS) • Mailchimp or similar (list management, email prep, automations) • Comfortable using AI tools as a helper, and confident editing/validating output for accuracy, tone, and style. Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills: • Proofreading/editing (journalism, English, or communications background). • Canva for slide polish, photo editing, and simple marketing graphics. • Webinar logistics (experience with registration flows, reminders, basic automations). • Hootsuite (social posting from SME-provided drafts) • QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gusto • LinkedIn company page or PPC experience • Video editing for corporate videos (training videos, marketing videos) • Zapier • YouTube channel management Contract Details • Duration: 6 months (potential to extend, TBD) • Hours: 15–25 per week, depending on skills and fit. • Remote; flexible schedule outside of standing alignment calls. • Rate: Please propose your hourly rate based on experience.
