About the Role

Are you a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in Commercial and Enterprise sales across Greater China? Zendesk is looking for a driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Commercial and Enterprise sales teams exclusively across the GCR region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). This is a critical leadership role focused on driving market growth, building an elite team, and delivering operational excellence in a complex, competitive landscape.

Based in Singapore, you will report directly to the RVP, Asia Sales, and lead the sales teams focused on Commercial & Enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include shaping go-to-market strategies, coaching high-performing sales professionals, and driving customer success to maximize revenue growth.

Fluency in Mandarin and strong cultural insight into the GCR market are essential to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
