Within the arenaflex ecosystem, the Customer Capacity Experience (CCX) organization plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the right compute resources are available when and where our customers need them most. This team is the bridge between customer demand and infrastructure fulfillment, responsible for forecasting, planning, guiding, and executing capacity commitments—especially during large, unpredictable scaling events that can define a customer's success or challenge their operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join our EC2 Capacity Customer Experience team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end capacity planning process, from understanding our customers' future compute requirements to delivering on strategic commitments that enable their growth. This is a high-impact position where your work directly influences customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and the overall reliability of arenaflex's global infrastructure.

As a Senior Program Manager in the Capacity Customer Experience organization, you will be responsible for driving the complete capacity planning lifecycle for internal and external arenaflex customers. This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every two months. We pride ourselves on building fault-tolerant systems to minimize disruption, and when issues do arise, we work collaboratively to resolve root causes so we don't face the same challenges repeatedly.
