Senior Product Manager, Healthcare & Product Development

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive meaningful innovation and shape transformative software solutions that profoundly impact on the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management, this individual contributor role will play a key part in connecting healthcare delivery, operational excellence, data, and emerging technologies to deliver impactful products that serve members, families, providers, and payer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in healthcare software product management, with familiarity across payer environments, data-intensive platforms, and AI-enabled product development. This person will combine empathy, strategic thinking, and executional rigor to guide products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

This is a fully remote position and must be able to work core hours aligned to Pacific/Hawaiian time zones. Occasional travel may be required.

This role is best suited for someone with experience supporting or leading healthcare software product development, navigating regulated environments, and collaborating across business, technical, and operational teams. Experience with payer-facing workflows, data-intensive platforms, and AI-enabled product capabilities will be especially valuable.

Compensation:

$150,000.00 - 185,000.00 Annually
