Position Overview – Senior Manager, Customer Care (Remote)

The Senior Manager, Customer Care at careerzynith is the strategic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of mid‑travel recovery, post‑travel recovery, and social‑media customer service initiatives.
