Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategic Planning Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned sellers, aligning on selection, merchandising, traffic, conversion, and operational improvement initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and act on the most influential input metrics that drive seller revenue and enhance the end‑customer experience. Analyze market data, sales trends, and competitive insights to surface long‑term growth opportunities for each seller portfolio. Lead the creation of long‑term account plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to align on joint objectives and execution roadmaps. Seller Relationship Management Build deep, consultative relationships with premium beauty sellers, acting as their primary advocate within arenaflex. Partner with product managers and engineering to shape new feature enhancements, drawing on market gaps and competitive intelligence. Collect, aggregate, and synthesize seller feedback, presenting clear, concise updates to senior leadership and ensuring transparency across the organization. Own project communication—provide status updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Essential Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, covering buying, merchandising, planning, or related customer success/account management roles. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proven track record of identifying business opportunities and driving adoption of platform tools and services. Strong relationship‑building skills—demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure follow‑through.
