Role Overview

The Senior Customer Service Representative – Healthcare & Medicare Call Center Specialist is a pivotal position within careerzynith’s inbound call center operations. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the voice of careerzynith for our Medicare and Medicare Advantage members, providers, and internal partners. In addition to delivering world‑class service on every call, you will mentor new agents, champion process improvements, and act as a liaison between the claims department and healthcare providers. This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from any location with reliable internet connectivity.
