We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for our Distributed Cloud, Strategic Pursuits team—a bilingual (English and Portuguese) technical expert who will serve as the trusted advisor to some of careerzynith's most strategic global customers. In this role, you will lead high-stakes conversations around cutting-edge cloud offerings, architect complex distributed solutions, and drive technical decisions that align customer ambitions with careerzynith's innovation roadmap.
This position is ideal for an experienced cloud professional with a deep background in customer-facing technical roles, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, product engineering, and delivery teams to create and scale transformative cloud offers, while serving as a public advocate for the careerzynith platform at customer sites, industry conferences, and partner events across the region.
