This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Imagine buying a flight, a meal, or a pair of shoes without knowing the price until weeks or even months later. You wouldn’t. But whether we realize it or not, that’s the reality in US healthcare today.

At Turquoise Health, we’re on a mission to change that. We believe healthcare should be shoppable, understandable, and most of all, patient-centric. No hidden fees, no surprise bills, just clarity.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who operates at the edge of creativity and speed. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and uses AI as a core part of their design process. This isn’t a traditional design role. You’ll be expected to generate bold, original ideas quickly, push visual boundaries, and continuously experiment with new tools and workflows. This is an opportunity to reimagine and disrupt how millions of people experience healthcare in the US.
