What You'll Do:
As a vital member of our virtual support team, you will:
• Conduct remote psychological assessments using standardized tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Develop and implement IEPs, tailored to the psychological and educational needs of each student.
• Provide virtual counseling sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, focusing on mental wellness, stress management, and coping skills.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to support students' mental health and academic success.
• Offer consultation on behavioral interventions, classroom strategies, and school-wide mental health initiatives.
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and provide clear, ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to interdisciplinary planning.
• Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with school and district policies.
• Stay informed on the latest virtual tools and best practices for school psychology in digital learning environments.

Who You Are:
• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist in your state of practice
• Covered by professional liability insurance
• Experienced in providing school-based psychological services (virtual experience preferred)
• Tech-savvy and confident using telehealth platforms like Zoom or Google Meet
• A strong communicator with a heart for student well-being
• Able to manage a remote caseload and maintain professional confidentiality
• Set up with a quiet, private home office suitable for virtual services
