The Edustaff Spotlight Program is seeking dedicated professionals to provide critical mental health and educational support to K-12 students across virtual school settings. What You'll Do: As a vital member of our virtual support team, you will: • Conduct remote psychological assessments using standardized tools to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. • Develop and implement IEPs, tailored to the psychological and educational needs of each student. • Provide virtual counseling sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, focusing on mental wellness, stress management, and coping skills. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to support students' mental health and academic success. • Offer consultation on behavioral interventions, classroom strategies, and school-wide mental health initiatives. • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and provide clear, ongoing communication with stakeholders. • Attend virtual IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to interdisciplinary planning. • Maintain detailed, confidential documentation in compliance with school and district policies. • Stay informed on the latest virtual tools and best practices for school psychology in digital learning environments.
