The schedule for this role is 6:30am-3:30pm Mountain Time.

Job Summary: Scheduling Coordinator at FronteraCare

FronteraCare is seeking a dynamic Scheduling Coordinator to oversee and enhance the appointment scheduling process for services across our clinics in New Mexico and Colorado. This pivotal role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure accurate scheduling, optimize clinician availability, maximize utilization of authorized hours, and drive operational efficiency. As the primary liaison for clients, clinicians, and administrative staff, the Scheduling Coordinator will also play a key role by contributing to process development in our fast-paced startup environment.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full-time employee benefits include health benefits, 401(k) plan, and PTO per year.

Compensation
$24$27 USD
