• Development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire new clients
• Identification and acquisition of new clients in the areas of EPC, IPP and development of new markets with a focus on UK and Scandinavia.
• Sales and consulting of power control, monitoring and hybrid energy management solutions.
• Developing technical solutions with customers, preparing offers and negotiating contracts with support of related divisions.
• Planning and carrying out regular customer meetings on-site and roadshows
• Creating weekly reports, maintenance of all relevant projects, sales activities and customer information in the CRM system
• Collaborating with the Proposal and Product Management departments; building and maintaining internal networks
• Representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses.

• Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for hardware and software solutions
• We require at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies
• Good ERP and CRM knowledge. 
• You are business fluent in English and German, other foreign languages are an advantage 
• You have strong communication skills and empathy for building relationships with people, as well as sound sales skills and are problem-solving oriented
• You have a high willingness to travel

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden
• Identifikation und Akquise neuer Kunden in den Bereichen EPC, IPP sowie Erschließung neuer Märkte mit Fokus auf Großbritannien und Skandinavien
• Vertrieb und Beratung von Lösungen im Bereich Power Control, Monitoring und hybrides Energiemanagement

• Erstellung wöchentlicher Reports sowie Pflege aller relevanten Projekte, Vertriebsaktivitäten und Kundeninformationen im CRM-System

• Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf nationalen und internationalen Messen und Kongressen

• Ausgeprägte technische Affinität und Begeisterung für Hardware- und Softwarelösungen
• Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien
• Gute Kenntnisse in ERP- und CRM-Systemen
• Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
• Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft
