We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Specialist to focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth for BetterQA, activating in IT services field. This role emphasizes B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closing. Candidates can choose between two compensation models based on their preferences and goals.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

    • Research target industries and clients to identify potential sales opportunities.

  2. Sales Execution
    • Engage with prospects, presenting tailored solutions aligned with BetterQAs offerings.

    • Convert leads into paying clients by closing deals effectively.

    • Negotiate contracts to meet both client needs and company objectives.

  3. Platform Utilization
    • Leverage Pangea and WillDom platforms to identify and secure relevant projects.

  4. Collaboration and Follow-Through
    • Partner with marketing to align on campaigns and sales materials.

    • Work with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.

  5. Market Research and Reporting
    • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.

    • Maintain detailed records in CRM tools and provide regular updates on sales performance.

  6. Reports To: Managing Director
