Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of INFINITI Fleet Safety Training—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Rep who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting and lead generation: Researching and identifying potential customers who fit the company's ideal customer profile
Outreach: Contacting prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, etc.
Qualifying leads: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services
Scheduling meetings: Setting up introductory calls or meetings for the Account Executives team to take over the sales process
Relationship building: Acting as the initial point of contact and building rapport with potential customers
Data management: Using tools like a CRM to track leads and manage communications
Necessary skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
