What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our wellness center, responsible for creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors. Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service that makes every client feel valued and understood
- Greet visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for a positive experience

Wellness Program Promotion
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on the benefits of our comprehensive wellness approach
- Introduce clients to new and expanded services that align with their health goals
- Effectively sell the arenaflex Wellness Program, highlighting its value and benefits
- Book clients for future appointments, ensuring continuity of their wellness journey
- Encourage homecare retail purchases based on recommendations from our service providers
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining authentic, non-pressuring relationships
Operational Support
- Support seamless clinic flow by efficiently greeting clients upon arrival
- Schedule services accurately using our booking systems, optimizing provider time
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and booking appointments
- Respond to emails promptly, addressing questions and concerns thoroughly
- Maintain the clinic's pristine condition through regular upkeep and cleaning
- Prepare spaces and resources for your team to ensure smooth daily operations
Client Retention and Growth
- Help grow and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service delivery
- Conduct outreach via phone and email to maintain relationships with existing clients

What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous retail or sales experience (preferred, but we welcome eager learners)
