About the Role
You will work closely with the Head of Climate Impact Growth, identifying, engaging and closing new customers , driving new business acquisition and building relationships with prospects exploring climate action. You will be responsible for end-to-end deal cycle management, ensuring a strong pipeline and sustained revenue growth.
This role is focused on new business acquisition, combining inbound opportunities with proactive outbound prospecting.
Typical WeekMost customers are mid-sized organisations (typically 50+ employees) beginning or scaling their climate strategy.
Prospecting & QualificationRunning targeted outbound campaigns into priority sectors
Following up on engaged contacts generated by marketing [
Managing inbound MQLs and converting them into qualified opportunities
Hosting discovery calls to understand client climate goals and assess commercial fit
Managing opportunities through each stage of the sales process — Qualification, Solution Design / Proposal and Close
Working with industry bodies to build your network and identify new opportunities, in collaboration with Ecologi’s partnerships team
Developing relationships with priority prospects and stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions
Building trusted relationships with newly acquired clients to support expansion opportunities
Maintaining strong partnerships with clients who align with Ecologi’s climate impact mission

Deliver new business revenue target (circa £250k)
Demonstrate a consistent prospecting approach for inbound and outbound opportunities
Build and maintain a strong weighted pipeline
Establish trusted relationships with clients that lead to ongoing opportunities
