The Digital and Direct Customer Growth Team, within the U.S. Consumer Marketing Group, is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-centric strategies across Website, Paid, MYCA, Email, and Traditional Mail marketing web and mobile channels to extend engagement and make arenaflex essential for our Card Members.
As the Senior Analyst for Customer Site, you will support the acquisition experience on the passive site for our existing Card Member base in the U.S. You will be responsible for delivering revenue through strategic offers, upgrades, standalone beneficial cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across a suite of products! You will manage creative and copy direction, offer execution, site user experience, and test-and-learn activities while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel. This Senior Analyst will work closely with partners across Consumer Marketing, Tech, Brand, Marketing Performance, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Skills teams to deliver results for our Card Members and for the business.
This role requires both creative and analytical abilities as well as great energy, strong relationship management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset! You must be able to manage complex projects and genuinely want to drive growth while advocating for the Customer and Business.
