Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets, adhering to arenaflex's security protocols.
• Keep the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, with a keen eye for detail.
• The physical ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height, with frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
