Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied.

Qualifications and Requirements

Technical Requirements for Home Office

To ensure you can deliver the best possible experience for our customers, arenaflex requires all remote agents to maintain the following technical specifications:

  • Workspace: A dedicated, stationary workspace with a closed door to minimize background noise. Your setup should include a proper desk and ergonomic chair that allows you to work safely and comfortably for extended periods.
  • Internet Connection: Consistently reliable high-speed internet supplied by a cable or DSL provider with a minimum download speed of 30 megabits per second or greater. Wireless or satellite broadband services are not permitted due to reliability concerns.
  • Wired Connection: A hardwired internet connection in your home office with the modem/router connected within 6 feet of your desk. A phone landline is not required, but a stable wired connection is essential.
  • Monitor: A stand-alone monitor of at least 24 inches. While one monitor is required, two monitors are strongly recommended for improved productivity. The following are not compatible with the computer provided: TVs, laptops, all-in-one computers, or tablet monitors.
  • Additional Devices: While not required, having access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop can be helpful for viewing training materials while practicing skills on your desktop computer.
  • Web Camera: Readiness to engage through the provided web camera for required meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations.

Equipment Provided: arenaflex provides all remote agents with a computer, keyboard, mouse, web camera, and headset to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

Work Schedule and Availability

  • Training Schedule: Paid training runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST for two weeks. Various start dates are available from September through October.
  • Post-Training Schedule: After completing training, you'll work three shifts per week, with one shift being either Saturday or Sunday.
  • Shift Times: Select your start time between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., with an end time of 6:00 p.m. CST.
  • Time Off: You may request one weekend off per month. Please note that some weekends during special promotions and holiday peak periods may be excluded from time-off requests.
  • Shifts: This is a stationary position requiring continuous listening and talking with customers while working on a computer for 6-12 hour shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Pay

  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
  • Weekend Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked starting Friday at noon through Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
