We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country. Our retail stores play a vital part in helping us achieve our mission by bringing in significant revenue generation, building awareness and engaging local communities.  

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail District Manager to lead and continuously develop a successful portfolio of 22 Marie Curie stores, spanning across Wales and the West.  You will be responsible for delivering a strong commercial performance, with demonstrable experience of managing large retail areas including H&S audit compliance and people management.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with Store Managers to drive income, develop high-performing teams, maximise donations, and ensure operational excellence across your district. You will be key in providing guidance, support and objective setting to ensure the Retail strategy, priorities and KPI’s are achieved alongside sales and profit targets.

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus benefits
