What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have smooth, enjoyable travel experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

- Flight Reservations & Booking Assistance: Guide customers through the booking process, helping them find the best flights, fares, and travel options that meet their needs and budget.
- Reservation Management: Assist with changes to existing reservations, including flight modifications, seat upgrades, date changes, and itinerary adjustments.
- Refund & Billing Support: Process refund requests, address billing concerns, and resolve payment issues with accuracy and care.
- Travel Information & Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about flight schedules, baggage policies, loyalty programs, airport procedures, and other airline services.
- Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency. Your goal is to resolve issues swiftly while turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
