They are seeking a UX Quality Specialist / Design Ops to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across a large product ecosystem by testing and validating automated UX checks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct iterative testing of automated UX validation tools
- Analyze and validate detected UX inconsistencies
- Identify false positives, false negatives, and edge cases
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX quality standards
- Translate complex UX and design challenges into actionable requirements for engineering teams
- Support the continuous improvement of automated UX compliance mechanisms
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency
Skills
- 6+ years of commercial Experience in UX Quality Assurance, Design QA, Product Design, Frontend QA, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with design systems and UX guidelines
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices
- Experience testing web applications or frontend components
- Understanding of automated testing and validation approaches
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
