What You Will Do in This Role
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your home, you will be the frontline of our customer's experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide world-class support that resolves technical issues and leaves customers feeling valued and satisfied. Here's what you can expect:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email using our comprehensive call flow guides and knowledge base resources.
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and other consumer electronics.
- Troubleshoot complex problems by asking probing questions, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records by tracking, documenting, and retrieving customer information in our database systems.
- Develop broad knowledge of our client's products and services, with particular focus on iOS, MacOS, Android, and other comparable technologies.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that enhance the customer experience and provide added value.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude, patience, and a genuine smile—virtually!
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new products, technologies, and best practices in customer support.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, solve challenging issues, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, average handle time, and quality scores.
Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

- A quiet, distraction-free home office environment with proper ergonomic setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask insightful questions to reach effective resolutions.
- Proficient computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively from home, you will need the following:

- High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite internet allowed).
