Responsibilities
- Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators
- Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space
Skills
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Must be able to obtain a CI Poly
- Systems Administrator 1: 0+ years experience with Bachelors, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
- Systems Administrator 2: 3+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
- Systems Administrator 3: 6+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Systems Administrator 4: 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
- Experience with office administration or program support in government or defense settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environments
