STM Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager – Omnichannel & Digital Analytics to lead strategic analytics initiatives for leading pharmaceutical organizations. This role involves transforming digital and omnichannel data into actionable business insights while mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead omnichannel analytics engagements, delivering impactful reporting, dashboards, insights, and recommendations
- Translate business and marketing objectives into measurable KPIs and robust measurement frameworks
- Drive monthly and quarterly performance reporting with actionable insights that influence business decisions
- Partner with stakeholders, media agencies, and cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and customer engagement strategies
- Lead dashboard enhancement initiatives and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation
- Design learning agendas, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing strategies to solve key business challenges
- Mentor and develop high-performing analytics teams while building digital analytics capabilities across the organization
- Contribute to business growth through thought leadership, client engagement, and strategic consulting
Skills
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years in Digital Analytics, Omnichannel Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
- 5+ years in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Analytics
- Strong expertise in digital marketing measurement, KPI development, and performance reporting
- Deep understanding of paid media measurement, website analytics, customer engagement analytics, and omnichannel strategy
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DCM, SA360, MCI/Datorama, HCP365, AIMXR, and related digital marketing ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and AI-powered analytics solutions
- Experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Exceptional client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
