Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with source data product teams and business owners to design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end data solutions that enable self‑service analytics across the organization.
- Build, orchestrate, and optimize large‑scale data ingestion pipelines using Azure services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Event Hubs, and Azure Databricks.
- Develop robust data models, curated data marts, and semantic layers that simplify data consumption for analysts, data scientists, and BI developers.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform) to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of data workloads, ensuring high reliability and rapid delivery.
- Lead the full lifecycle of data solutions: architecture, security, governance, testing, performance tuning, and production support.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, data quality, and security compliance, championing a culture of data stewardship.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on data engineering experience building production‑grade pipelines on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
- Proven expertise in SQL and relational database design, with at least 3 years of experience writing complex queries for analytics.
- Solid programming background (Python, Scala, or Java) with 3+ years of experience developing data processing applications using Spark, Databricks, or similar frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with data storage technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Teradata, Cassandra, MongoDB, or similar.
