The role involves managing full lifecycle recruiting for non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers, and enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer for non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct screens, and move candidates through the interview process efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Workday Recruiter
- Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring teams
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics
- Support process improvements that enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage a high volume of complex requisitions across multiple functions and geographies
- Help support structured interview practices and inclusive hiring processes
Skills
- Strong in-house recruiting experience
- Proven sourcing ability
- Experience managing high-volume and complex requisitions
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn
