[Remote] SAP Financial Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infojini Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to support the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancement of SAP solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering SAP-based solutions, supporting system integrations, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions
• Design, configure, test, and implement SAP enhancements, modifications, and system improvements
• Develop, execute, and document test plans, test scenarios, and test data with minimal supervision
• Support SAP application migrations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and production deployments
• Configure and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party applications while ensuring overall system integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to review, map, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment
• Design and support customized reporting solutions utilizing SAP tools and technical resources
• Monitor system performance and participate in performance tuning initiatives
• Provide Level 3 support for SAP applications and resolve complex system issues
• Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides
• Conduct end-user training on new functionality, enhancements, and system updates
• Participate in risk identification and mitigation activities related to SAP solutions
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience supporting business processes and SAP applications
• Experience with SAP module integration points and cross-functional business process integration
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, implementation, and production support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects
• Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and custom reporting solutions
• Experience working within a SAP Center of Excellence (COE) environment
• Familiarity with system integration, performance monitoring, and process optimization initiatives
